Thomas Cellucci - PhD, MBA
Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci is the Chairman and CEO of Bravatek Solutions, a security-platform company that offers software, tools, and services to worldwide markets. Previously, Dr. Cellucci served on the Board of Directors of the National Interagency Confederation of Biological Research as a representative of the Department of Homeland Security alongside other influncial members including Dr. Anthony Fauci, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Lt. Gen. Eric Shoemaker, The Army Surgeon General.
Dr. Cellucci served as the US Federal Government’s first Chief Commercialization Officer at the US Department of Homeland Security and the White House. In this role, he worked directly for President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama to expanded public-private partnerships and increased research and development opportunities.
James Godwin is a retired Rear Admiral of the United States Navy. His responsibilities included oversight of the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet. Godwin is Founder and President of BriteWerx, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing consulting services in the Aerospace, Information Technology, Cyber and Disruptive Technology Development Fields. In past years, Godwin held vice president positions within the defense industry and was the cyber security lead for the Defense Systems and Defense Technology Divisions within the Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector.
Victor I. Rosenberg - MD, FACS
Dr. Rosenberg has flourished as a plastic surgeon for a private practice in New York City since 1968. His leadership in the field won him the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who's Who.
Other professional endeavors include contributing as an associate attending surgeon for Mount Sinai Beth Israel since 1968. Simultaneously, he has served as an attending surgeon with New York Downtown Hospital since 1968, having previously served as the director of asthetic surgery. In the past, he worked as an assistant attending surgeon for Mount Sinai Health System and an assistant clinical professor for the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. At present, he is an attending surgeon (plastic) at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery (Plastic) at Weill Cornell Medical College.
